Visit the Products page, Choose the product category. For example Bowls and Cutlery.

Choose your products. Once you've chosen them, Select whether plain or customized, then input the quantity needed then click on Add to Quote for it to be added to your quote summary. Fill out all the necessary information so that we can send you a quote.

After submitting your request, we will proceed and complete your  Request for quotation (RFQ) as soon as possible. Once done, your quotation will be sent via email, text, or Viber. If necessary, a sales representative will contact you to discuss other details especially if your products are customized.

Once quotation is approved you may now proceed to payment.

A full payment is required for plain products, while a 70% downpayment is required for customized products. 

For customized items, we will produce a mock up for your approval prior to mass production.

Next step is to wait for your products. Lead time depends on the availability of the products ordered. For customized products, lead time for production is usually one to two (1-2) weeks.

You will be contacted and be advised once your products are available and ready for delivery or pick-up. Schedule of delivery or pick-up will be discussed with you as well.
